The ISSPRO Thermocouple High Temperature Clamp R650AHT has a 2.25 inches adjustable thermo probe length and a mounting clamp on.

It is a type K (chromelalumel) thermocoupler specifically designed for high temperature (HT) applications and has a calibration of degrees Fahrenheit with a Inconel tip and steel fitting that you can use for diesel, propane and gasoline applications.
